Shaheed Shamsuzzoha Institute of Biosciences regularly organizes study tours for students.  An educational tour is a part of the study. Students are given hands-on subject-based training by participating in study tours. By participating in educational tours, students gain knowledge about how to conduct research at the field level. We have three bighas and ten cent land for field research. At the field level, students are trained on how to prepare seedbeds, how to sow seeds and how to plant seedlings. Hence study tours and field research are very important to impart hands-on training. A group of skilled faculty members of Shaheed Shamsuzzoha Institute of Biosciences provide comprehensive support to the students at the field research level.
